1. Exhibition Guideline
This is a great opportunity to build long lasting relationships by networking with your target audience and qualified professionals in the field. The exhibition space is the best place to introduce your products and services to the public. Please note that due to limited space availability, all booth locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The purpose of the exhibit area is for companies and organizations to demonstrate their products, services or research which are related to the theme and sub-themes of the Congress.
l Exhibit space will be co-located with coffee and refreshments
l Exhibition space will be opened throughout the congress for Platinum Sponsor and only opened at specific day for Golden Sponsor
l For Platinum Sponsorship: Two tables, two chairs and free WIFI access will be available with advanced reservation
l For Golden Sponsorship: One table, two chairs and free WIFI access will be available with advanced reservation
How to book your exhibition space?
Please take note of the following steps to book your exhibition space：
1. Sponsors send the sponsorship commitment form via email with their preferences for exhibition.
2. Exhibition space is allocated according to the sponsorship package and rules in congress exhibition guideline.
3. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Booking forms and space allocations are processed in order of receipt at psc2025@stu.edu.cn
5. Upon receipt the congress secretary will confirm the request and provide an invoice.

2. Full Registration Waivers
l The number of full registration waivers for the representatives depends on the sponsorship categories. Details can be found in Notes for benefit.
l Any additional participant from the sponsor will require a full registration fee.
l Sponsor attendees are welcome to attend the entire scheduled program, excepted to sessions with limited enrolment, such as workshops/courses.
