To facilitate submission and review process, please consider the following abstract submission guidelines.

Guidelines for the abstract submission

Abstract submission should be written in English.

Title: formated in Calibri font style in bold with font size as 22, center alignment, No more than 25 words

Authors: typed as Calibri font style in bold with font size as 12, left alignment.

Affiliation (s): should be typed in Calibri font style with font size as 9, left alignment.

Abstract content: should be typed in Calibri font style with 10 point size, no more than 300 words

Keywords: 3-5 words, edited in Calibri font style with 10 point size.

Deadline for Abstract submissions

September 30, 2025 - Abstract submission deadline

Authors should ensure they use the downloadable abstract template and follow the described styles in the template to prepare their abstracts.

Abstracts should not exceed one page of the abstract template.

Authors should submit their abstracts in editable MS Word file (doc/docx format file).

Authors should note that the submission will be rejected if they failed to follow the described styles.

Abstract review:

Every abstract will undergo a double blind peer-review by Scientific committee members within two to three weeks after its receipt.

Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two to three weeks after submission. The Conference Chair serves as the head of the scientific committee and has the final decision on abstracts.

If revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.

Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference.

If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment is required to be made independently.
